Green turn arrow for route is displayed incorrectly

A number of times while following various routes, I have seen the green turn arrow displayed incorrectly. The arrow extends for a considerable distance along the route and then points back to its origin. A screenshot is located here. If the link does not work, then please let me know and I can email the image.Is this caused by an OSM problem? If so, what is the problem so that I can fix the issue?Thanks,Alan
