Possibility to add waypoint by area or point

Hi.
Previously I was using Automapa navigation, which has few great features. One of them is possibility to determine waypoint in two ways:
- area - you can pick this area point like a more or less place you want go through. Route calculation will choose best road close to this point.
- point - we already have this option. Route calculation will choose road through this point.
What do you think about applying this kind of feature to Navigator?
