update 4.0.85 on the Playstore

Hi all,Why on some smartphones, there is no update 4.0.85 on the Playstore?I searched for a reason in case this would come from android versions, but 2 identical smartphones with the same android one update and the other one not.examples:- Galaxy Grand Prime, Android 5.1.1 => update ok- Archos 60 platinum, Android 6.0 => update no- Yotaphone 2, Android 5.0 => update ok- Yotaphone 2, Android 5.0 => update noStrange, no?

it is a staged rollout, we cannot release 100% at once, it is too risky

I have it on two devices, Xperia X compact (Android 8.0) and Galaxy Tab A 2016 (which received an Android update to 8.1 recently)

4.0.85 also on on Nokia 3.1 with android one ver 8.1.0
