Request Quote for US Purchase (No VAT)

Hello!Is there any guidance on purchasing Mapfactor without VAT for non-EU customers? Quite a long time ago I was told I needed to request a quote. I've tried off and on all year and haven't gotten any responses... (I've been busy with other things so it's been kinda low priority)So, is there a way to purchase this without pay the VAT if I live in the United State?

OK. I'd sent them an e-mail back on July 4th and didn't get a response. I'll attempt to follow up with them again.
