Lake Murray missing, Help!

My Wife & I are vacationing on Lake Murray, SC, which is just West of Columbia, SC. This is a HUGE lake, and the map downloaded for android does not show the lake? Makes it difficult to navigate on the lake when it does not display. Can someone investigate, or help me fix this? The lake does notappear on 2 other androids, so problem is not with my phone. Thanks VERY much!

Are you using the free OSM based maps or the paid-for TomTom maps?
If it's OSM: have you looked at the OSM website to see if the problem is with the original data?

This seems to be a recurring problem - something similar has been discussed about twenty threads down if you look at "All discussions."

the OSM website data is fine. The problem lies in the download.
