Current data from Openstreetmap not taken into navigator free

In my Navigator (free) on Android it shows it like here:
wrong: http://www.openrouteservice.org/#map=15/44.2219/-0.9176 (OpenMapSurfer Layer)
Changing the later to the layer of Openstreetmap you see the difference: The motorway A63 is newly laid.

It has been modified on 8 February 2017.Map data is taken almost at the end of the month. MNF releases new maps, based on this data, somewhere in/after the second week of the next month.So the new data is not yet in the maps. Please wait another month.

OK. I have no problem with waiting but this is already since 2014!

The (latest) modifications to OpenStreetMap are dated on 8 February.
