I suppose you mean Naviagtor free in Windows or WINCE? Not Android?

You have to configure and activate GPS.
In MENU->Settings->GPS and MENU->GPS.
Your corrent position is then shown on the map. You don't have to be in navigating/routing mode.

Yes, I have WinCE.
I configured and turned on the GPS, but it did not work.
I have a little different menu.
MENU->Settings->GPS->Map:
- map rotation
- centering the map
Now, even without changing the option is working properly, as I wanted.
