Android - strange route and wrong instructions

Hi,
what is proper way how to report such issues?
Route "turn right, go 100m, turn left (180°!)" while it is possible to turn left immediately at start (I believe older version was not routing by such way).
Instructions "turn left" displayed and navigated by voice while the turn on route is shown correctly on map as "turn right".

The first problem almost immediately after start, the second at Nesovice.

PS: These are screenshots from PC Navigator Free, the problems are exactly the same on Android.

departure : 49.079778, 17.448278 should be: 49.074435, 17.446473
destination: 49.298083, 16.959083 should be: 49.275868, 16.948958 (is hard to make out this location)
most likely this route: Za Radnicí 124, 686 03 Staré Město, Tsjechië To 379, Drnovice, Tsjechië
This is what my departure is doing on navigator 2.2.44 and OSM map Czech Republic OSM 44-201608170 :

problem 1 is due to categories - switch Small local roads on
2. and 3. I cannot replicate

@Jan: Thanks for analysing it, but next time please use an Openstreetmap based routing engine like openrouteservice.org or Graphhopper or OSRM or YOURS instead of google maps.Those all use the same OSM map data (not the same routing algorithms)

@hvdwolf: I used google maps to find the exact coordinates only, as the locations

did not match up with the posted screen shots. I'm only aware of this easy method to make the conversion between 49°04'47.2"N 17°26'53.8"E and the used world coordinates within mapfactor navigator free.
testing route always done here in mapfactor navigator free. -
