Own voice pack

    Hello,
    how could I create my own custom voice pack for navigation?

    In earlier 2012 Nokia had their service OwnVoice for their Nokia Here maps, but now this service is discontinued.
    Now I saw only Garmin Voice Studio. But can it be used for MapFactor Navigator?

    Any other options to do it?
