Allow editing of lat/lon info in My Places, as well as being able to rename an item

It would be handy to be able to edit lat/lon info in My Places, as well as being able to rename an item.And/or be able to drag it to a new location.

you can edit file favourites.xml manually
lat/long is in miliseconds
