left turn forbidden

Is there a way to tag a way that any turn to left is forbidden?
I mean for those roads with a continuos line that you have to drive to next roundabout if you want to turn left.
The idea is to save all those relations and not to split the way so much.

Those keys are not for turning. You have to use the relation and split the road. Separating the road in two oneway ways is also no option since is no physical barrier between the carriaways (you say "continous line").
