Free Navigator is not starting up

I down loaded the free Navigator to check if this is the program for me to pay for. Unfortunately it doesnt start up and I get the message "Unfortunately, Navigator has stopped." I can't get over this and I sent already some emails to Mapfactor, asking for help but nothing at all, no replay.
Is there somebody who could help here?

Hi Tomas, I can't check my version because I can't start the program. I downloaded it about 2 month ago. I downloaded the payd map from tomtom as well.
