How to correct an alleged non-existing address?

    When I type in a certain target address then MapFactor tells me that this address is not existing,

    But it is existing (for decades)!!!

    I guess its an error in the map database.

    How and where excately can I trigger a correction?
    Is there somewhere an online form or support email address where I can send/enter errors?

    To explain a little more: It is not an error. The OpenStreetMap database is very complete apart from addresses. What Tomas means is that you can help adding those addresses.
