Show speed limits on the display

Hello, are there any setting/tricks to show the speed limit on display (red/withe circle simbol with speed value in black).

these appear when speed limit is in map data - in free maps it is often missing
Free maps are created by volunteers at www.openstreetmaps.org - anybody can join and help to make maps better using their local knowledge. May be you can also contribute?
You can also buy TomTom maps (Map manager/buy maps).
