Add simulation button to Itinerary

Jan mentioned it already earlier, but I think it should be mentioned (stressed!) in this separate topic:
Please add a route simulation button to the Intineray menu, so that we can quickly simulate freshly calculated routes. This is important for all Navigator (beta) testers. This would save us several clicks.
