U-Turn algorithm

Hi,
could you advise what is the algorithm that decides whether a turn is considered just as a "regular turn" or a "U-Turn"?
For example, this should, according to me, be a U-turn but mapfactor only says "Sharp Left" when navigates thru this section

U-turn is used with waypoints only
this was introduced for one of our customers, who made a lot of stops and wanted to do u-turns at waypoints

U-turns are considered to be taken on a section of the very same street.
When streets are split like in your example, Navigator doesn't treat them as one street anymore. So it wants you to turn into "another" one. -
This is very tricky because in some states (e.g. Slovakia) the U-Turn (as demonstrated in the route above) is not allowed...unless explicitly permitted with a sign

(Btw) intetesting, in Poland it is allowed... except no-U-Turn sign.

When some direction is not allowed the turn restrictions relation should be used. Even if this means many turn restrictions...
