Alternative TTS

Is it possible to set an alternative TTS Voice Engine other than Google TTS Engine? I am trying to get Navigator to use AudioBT + Enhanced TTS, which is a service commonly used with Waze and Google maps to route all audio to a bluetooth connection.

There are more TTS engines/voices available in the Play Store. I use svox for example and it's (Dutch) voice data is 15MB.
