Privacy policy

Hi,
I apologize if this is blatantly obvious somewhere but I have tried your website and forum searches and still have not found your privacy policy. I would like to know if you track people/store their location/etc. Obviously your app needs to know a person's location but does that get sent back to your servers/etc.
