Error when adding a waypoint ...

I use the app "Mehr tanken" available from Google's playstore. This app lists uptodate gas prizes of gas stations.
In has a feature, which opens navigation softwares from the detail window of any gas station.
But when I want to use MF Navigator from "Mehr tanken", I always get an error window with that message:

Fehler beim hinzufügen des Routenpunktes. Möglicherweise haben Sie einen Routenpunkt in einem Land eingegeben welches Sie noch nicht heruntergeladen haben.
OK
When tapping Ok, I get a blank blue "map".
Of course the gas station is in Germany and all Germany maps are available.
