France : no bridge between La Rochelle and the isle of Ré

Problem with Navigator on my mobile Galaxy S4 mini.
I have loaded the last sw Navigator 1.3.24, I have loaded the last map of France (OSM 44-201408310), but there is still no bridge between La Rochelle and isle of Ré => no routing possible between the continent and this island.
Someone has an explanation ?

I think you should read the end of the thread "France-maps to be split" wich is 3 lines further down.
