Back button does not function

HiI have a windows ce indash multi media system that I run the software on. The back button does not seem to work. Also, I cannot enter a house number in when navigating.Please help

please use touch screento go back
when street numbers are available in the map data then you can search for it, for example New York/Manhattan/5th Avenue.
Unfortunately house numbers are frequently missing in free maps, but are available in TomTom maps.
Free maps are created by volunteers at www.openstreetmaps.org - anybody can join and help to make maps better using their local knowledge.

Thank you for the timely feedback. When i press the back button (left triangle) on my touch screen unit, it does nothing.Where can I get the tom tom maps for this software? The interface to this software is brilliant.

I see, it could be that you need to calibrate?
