Navigator not working in Galaxy S5 and lost TomTom maps
  • Downloaded navigator to Samsung Galaxy S5 the blue one.
    At choice of what maps to download paid for payment no #85003 TomTom maps.
    May did not download.
    Uninstalled and download new navigator app could not find a way of getting my TomTom maps that I had paid for.
    So downloaded free maps.
    Navigator would now open up and operate to this point.
    Put in Postcode new window opened various choices chose navigate new window telling me that I had not put in a destination.
    Repeat the operation this time window saying I have not entered a way point.
    Have reinstalled the app same problem.
    We have navigate on our Google Nexus tablet with TomTom maps which works fine.
    1) How do I get hold of my Paid for TomTom maps.
    2) How do I resolve the problem with navigator app.

    open Navigator (TomTom) and go to Map manager/download maps.
    2. make sure that both UK postcodes and UK maps have been downloaded
