Mapfactor GPS Car Radio, problems with house numbers

Hi,we just bought a car radio with gps and mapfactor software and had to reinstall free mapfactor and now we have the problem if we navigate to an adress, there are no house numbers. GPS only shows 'all' or '1-50' and '51 to 100'My boss told me that he could navigate inclusive house numbers before the installation crashed.Is there a configuration in the free version to activate/deactivate house numbers?RegardsAndy
