how to prepare trips ?

Hello,I am trying to use NavigatorFree on my
mobile.I wonder to now how to prepare trips on PC and
transfer it on android apps ?Do you have a method or a user guide ?Thanks a lot for your help,Best regards -

in PC Navigator set departure, destination and waypoints, then go to menu/my routes and save set
then copy routing_points.xml to the navigator folder on your device.
This file is in c:\Users\"your login name"\AppData\Roaming\Navigator\12.0\ (Windows 7)
or c:\documents and settings\"your login name"\Application Data\Navigator\12.0\ (Windows XP)
