Digger alternative

Hello, hope I didn't miss a presentation thread...
Well the point is I made a "wonderful" selection of about 100 pois of Israel and Jordan before the trip I am doing but I didn't have enough time to convert the two gpx files to .mca format...
And here I realise
- it could be helpful - even if I am not going to see the 100 ones (99 would be great) - because here "Melekh George" is used as often as "King George" could be !
- but I can't do the operation (or if found no mean) with and android phone which has an obvious very bad compatibility with digger...
Here is a way to do so ?! Online perhaps ?

you can copy gpx files to folder navigator/gpx - Navigator will see them
