App drops down the media volume in Samsung Galaxy S4

Since I installed the Navigator Free, the media volume of my Samsung Galaxy S4 drops down each time a I dial a number or a call is received.I realized this is caused by this application after 4 weeks. I uninstalled the application and the problem was over. I re-installed the application and the problem started again. So, it is obvious this is caused by Navigator Free.Please could you fix this problem?
