Distance between 1st and 2nd maneuver

Hi,
would it be possible to provide an option to show a distance between 1st and 2nd maneuver? This is very helpful when the 2nd maneuver is quite close to the 1st one. Example:

I fully agree with this and would also like to see the exit number on a roundabout.

By the way, please add a space before the "m", that way it's much easier to read on my small device.

Missing space between number and unit: Still not changed in latest app version 1.2.45 for Android. Please add the space, I can really hardly read the values during navigation.
