Units->American should be miles/feet

My second feature suggestion:
The voice gives instructions in miles and yards when using American units, but in the US we use miles and feet for distance.
Yards are pretty much only used for NFL football and buying fabric.

That's what I'm saying, it's yards but it should be feet. Americans don't measure distance in yards.

so it should say 'in one thousand five hundred feet turn left'?

Usually we wouldn't start until 500 feet.
So it would first say: "in 1 mile turn left."
The next would be: "in 500 feet turn left."
The last would be: "turn left." when at the turn.
