Stuck outside of Virginia (USA)

The price is right, and it IS "usable", after a sort.
At some point, the app / maps synconization has become corrupted.
II d/l Virginia (USA), but the app thinks it the Virgin Islands.
The MAP is there... I HAVE the roads, I just can't use the ADDRESS look up.
IIf I try to use Virginia, it goes to Virgin Islands. If I hunt around on the MAP, I can set a destination. Online look-up also works, but I don't have a data plan, so I can't do that when I'm on the road.
So, I can't navigate IN Virginia.
Also, the "iThink" button doesn't work... "Server Error".

once you type 'Vir' click on Virginia
alternatively you can use the built-in Google search, fourth tab in Search
