Speed alarm does not work 11 FREE 11.0.37

Hi All, Ahoj všem a hlavně vývojářům díky !!
I found a problem with speed alarm. I think it started after new map update of the Czech republic.
The speedalarm do not work and looks like speedcamera also do not work.
Even I have checked the box for speed alarm or speedcamera alarm, no sound is played.
Navigator 11 free do not show max. allowed speed on the display (I believe it used to) and do not play sound alarm when I do speeding.
I will try 11.0.28 with older maps, it it will have same problem.
Can you help me please ?
