How to transfer favourites and routes from PC to smartphone and vice versa

I planned some favourites and a big route under WM 6.5 with Navigator free 11 for our next holiday-tour through ireland (daily hours in trains have to be useful anyway).
Now I want to transfer them to my PC, because so it's easier to show and diskuss them with my family.
Which files I have to tranfer?
