how to download, install navigator free on Mappy mini 300?

I'm new to the site. I am French and speaks little English (using an online translator).
So I have a Mappy Mini 300 and the card is erase.
I download the utility, maps and nothing happens.
Are you can help me?

I do not know how the map was set! and now it no longer works!I took this version navigator CE.So I Mapfactor download and nothing happens. I changed navigator.exe.I really struggle to understand.In addition, I do not understand English.

does not work.I tried several manipulation!I think if I buy a paid version, it will not change.if nothing works, I'll buy a new GPS.

I do not have my original card Mappy mini 300 .this may be why it does not work.it's probably very convenient for gps with which it works.but with mine, not at all. damage.I'll go buy another one.thank you.
