I have been using the Navigator App for navigation for some time now. Can not recall every seeing the cameras files showing a update available for download. Are the cameras being update with the map updates? If so why a separate download? I do have a camera file from another forum that I can not share with others. A small sample of comparison shows the MapFactor Navigator files need some major updates. New cameras coming out all the time. The other forum I am on updates them weekly to just keep up. It would be nice if we could add our personal camera files with alerts or have some timely updates .

you can import your POIs using this PC tool:
download.mapfactor.com/digger_12.zip
then import .mca file to Navigator in settings/map manager

Unable to import using PC tool. Get error 0 map objects loaded.

Error: mapFactor exception: All data was banned, cannot finish import.

If I finally do get camera file exported how do I set up the alert for new camera file?

After reviewing a lot of previous posts. I discovered the error problem was in selecting the icon. Not the easiest method in finding the location to add the icon in Digger. Was able to add my file to navigator app on Android phone. Does not appear to be a method to add alerts for personal poi files. Would be a nice feature to add to Digger. I have used Mapfactor for years and for some reason I do remember a process to add alerts way back when.

To be clear on this. The cameras files that I import to my phone will alert me using the pre-installed alerts that came with the Mapfactor app. That would be great. I can't access the files on the phone with the android version installed on my phone. Would like to get alerts with other files that I plan to install. Want to duplicate my personal files on my Garmin GPS.
