HD-Traffic is not working

At the weekend we travelled through the Bern region. Navigator didn't change to an alternative route despite the traffic jam. However, the car sat nav displayed an alternative route, as the normal route would have taken about 1 hour longer due to the traffic jam.I've also had this behaviour several times in the Zurich region and at the Gubrist Tunnel.

In recent weeks I've had it tell me there were miles of delays on the M6 and M1 in England when there was light traffic.
