today I was able to buy the TomTom maps for Europe, normal vehicle.I redo a search for "Paris", it finds it after about 7 minutes...

There is the same problem with Garmin. I don't know why GPS designers do not think that we use North always on top. This is my favorite mod.

Yes, I have buy TomTom maps (I don't know why, for the moment).My version is 5.5.105, I did the update according to the advice of the support by e-mail ;-) I don't find Mapfactor on apkpure.com

Thanks Roger. I use Android. To update, the e-mail support says to go to MapFactor page on Google Play, there is a button "update". I did that.Ad I have (re)download OSM french maps.

Thank you, but it is very annoying : if I don't have TomTom maps, I can't use Navigator... Does it mean that before to update maps, we need to check for an update, and if there is no update possibility, we wait until it appears?

Two problems on "map only"
Is my question no clear? (English is not my native language) :-) EDIT: OK, I just see another post that says that there is no speed limit in map mode :-( It's my favorite mode... Any idea for the 2nd question?

Getting around with a .GPX
None voice of GPS can please to all people, so the solution is to not have the voice, I allways do that with GPSs

I've seen that, but it don't explain the meanings of the symbols. For example, I see a symbol with 2 hands, another with a military medal, a camera, 2 bells (or 2 trees?), etc.
