Map renderer - any implications?
Hardware renderer always takes more energy. Why did you not put it on software renderer?Navigator might still be the most energy consuming app, but the energy consumption would be considerably lower.

Navigator identify's the waypoint/poi-list only as a Tracking/Routing-List
Waypoints were originally meant as "points of interest". The fact that MNF makes it into a route is how waypoints gradually changed over the years. If Navigator would do it correctly, it should parse the file and then ask the user to impor…

Mapfactor on Android Auto
It is not only doing the programmatic changes. There is a complete testing program before your application is approved for android auto and only at that moment it appears as applicable for android auto in the play store. That takes quite some time.

New Navigator Version doesn't work anymore
The uninstall on Android will always remove everything under /data/data/com.mapfactor.navigator and under /data/app/com.mapfactor.navigator. That's not the issue. However, if you have installed maps on your sd-card you will also have data under …

What he means is that he doesn't have a tts.xml to start from. He needs a link or so to the latest version.

POIs for MapFactor
No, that is not possible. All external POI files are treated as imported POI files and are not part of the categories defined inside the country maps.Next to that: when it comes to POI mca files containing thousands of POIs (like my traffic light PO…

Navigate from an address on Google-Contact
My 2 centsAll nav apps use latitude/longitude (at least the ones I know).Digger uses longitude/latitude. Does navigator the same by default? That would clarify why Navigator reverses the values.

Settings -> Localisation -> Map language Don't ask you question twice. That doesn't help you. It only makes it very annoying.

Digger and TomTom Poi's - ov2
In the conversion tool the default is longitude and then latitude, which is not what you know (and come to expect) of any other tool where you use latitude/longitude.I had the same issue the first time I used digger.

Yes, absolutely :)But being a convenient, useful addition might not be the same as a feasible legal option

If it is about legal consequences because of the bundling of MNF software with poibase software, I fully understand that Tomas does not share that here but directly with Tobias. I hope that we "some day" hear what the outcome is.

This is a very vague description (to helpdesk: my computer doesn't do what I expect it to do). Please mention your problem. In this case you "might" have a known problem but if you don't share it nobody can help you.
