maps -> sd-Ext at the moment only sdcard, internal or only sdcard, is available. if you have an internal sdcard (e.g. razr 4gb) and an external sdcar (32gb) i found no way to copy the map data to the bigger sdcard. Implemented to 0.10.40+

'leicht rechts abbiegen' statt 'rechts halten'
'keep left/right' should translate to 'links/rechts halten' and not 'leicht rechts/links abbiegen' cauze thats not german
