Crashes, after delete tts.xml it works.It works with old 'tts.xml'. ...but without TTS (Ivona, Google).Crashes with TTS. After renaming tts.xml, navigator starts without TTS.

'scout_default.wav' file should be in warningsounds folder. Put there Your own wav file and rename it, that is all.

... difficult... check update.Maybe it is speed camera warning sound? @TantumI have my own wav files for cameraspeed and as far as I remember the only wav 'beep' is connected only with overspeed warning.

Del or rename map and download again? Try /only try/ edit settings.xml file, section 'RTG' and change limit expansion to 10000???
