I found issue with more complicated roundabout. https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2377148225 There are restrictions 'only straight on', so from South to North there should be the second exit,should't it?

Yes, in navigation.xml, english is in 'any_other' languages. You can also change scout_1000.wav to Your own wav file, with repeated instructions/warning.
