There is a general issue with the map. The blue destination signs are also missing. Something must have gone wrong with the processing. I would suggest to remove this maps from the download area.

Latest Germany West: Without lane assist, turn restrictions are ignored. I have also experienced some strange routing advices. Navigator v7.0.55

Oops, at this crossing I mixed up the streets. But the problem remains the same. turn lanes are only calculated from road segment to road segment. So the right advice is only given when the intersection is already entered.

OSM Maps and unpaved roads
May i ask you from where you are? Could it be a general OSM classification problem? (paths and tracks tagged as unclassified roads) Are you involved in mapping?

I have to admit that I only tested this road: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/436274971 It is still treated as a one-way street. The Austrian example is indeed working correctly. Both Maps are up to date.

Map for Germany/West
I would guess its grown to large for more frequent updates. You may become impatient if you want to test your recent OSM additions or if you are still affected by a bug, that was fixed in OSM some month ago.

It is still about that particular junction in Chemitz. I have extended the lane informations into the the junction. http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/37288093/history That is the more common way to map and I thought that this was recommended by you.
