Does MapFactor use data from other sources than OSM?
As far as I know the free version uses only OSM Database. Please be patient about new mapped things. Mapfactor takes the OSM planetfile at the beginning of a month and converts it. New maps come out arround the end of that month and so it can happen…

I think best solution would be to block that part of a road with a barrier in it from the closest junktion to other acceptable roads for the set kind of calculation for routing except the target is between the barrier and that junktion.

I don't remember how to get that. But I guess it's under settings>speed.You should chose something exept "off"p.s. But the used road must be mapped with a speed-limit in OpenStreetMap.

No there is no faster way by using mapfactor free. They update once a month after getting the planet data at the beginning of a month. So your added streets etc. you'll get at the end of march or so.
