You are right @ualios. We ignore the whole restriction when the "location_hint" is included which is wrong. We will try to correct it by ignoring the tag alone and not the whole restriction. Thanks for the report.

Hi, look at http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/57732719.This way is tagged as highway = footway. If you use pedestrian in settings as a type of trasportation, it will route. Nigel(Pepa)
