It is however possible to change the order of the recorded messages in the same way as the TTS messages.

Sometimes the download does not complete correctly. It might be worth deleting the map and trying again.

Is it possible you have a cheap fake SD card which is low-level formatted to appear bigger than it really is? I've been caught out that way. If so, once you have large amounts of data on the card, it stops working properly.

You might want to rearrange roundabout and sliproad instructions as well. I also dealt with St Paul's being read out as Street Paul's, for example.

OK, I can see a traffic light at the Hereford intersection but not others more locally that I know are in the OSM data. Also, the OSM data has multiple signals at the Hereford junction but only one is displayed in Navigator.

I'm in the UK. The map is the OSM one for UK. The traffic light file is for Great Britain. I'm looking where I know there are traffic lights on the OSM map. The MCA file is with my map file in the data directory.
