Thank you for your advice.I use Japanese IME. I changed the folder name with latin characters.I checked navigator.log file and fined out character changes in atlas_pcn.idc and atlas_pcn_free.idc.Navigator safely move when I repaired character change…

Thank you for your comment. Settings.xml is in config folder. I tried to reinstall tow times, but same result. Any way I will try to reinstall in another condition.
