routing error railroad crossing
The contruction was added in August and the description says "until 27.11.2015". If a construction is longer than a month I consider the tagging as construction ok.

Putting "destination" (without :lanes) on this way is much easier and has already been done. I see no tagging problem here. "Destination:lanes" should be used on complex cases.

Those keys are not for turning. You have to use the relation and split the road. Separating the road in two oneway ways is also no option since is no physical barrier between the carriaways (you say "continous line").

Flaw when turning on same road
Best way to improve data would be to add turn:lanes coming from north. No idea if Mapfactor would consider it for turn announcements, though.

@thomas @chattiewoman @hvdwolf As I said in another thread: Slip roads in Germany don't inherit the last speed limit of the trough-way since they are a new "Strecke" (way). So don't wait for them to get tagged, it often will be t…

Routing B 42 Unkel Germany
In Germany highway links don't inherit the speed limit from the main road so they often have no speed limit. I added a highway=give_way but I doubt it will help. Mapfactor should rate links down or consider the junction more. Mapquest/OSRM/Grap…

Navigation on bicycle via a node with tags barrier=bollard and bicycle=yes not permitted
What I meant: Navigator should be programmed to allow bollards for bicycles unless otherwise specified by e.g. bicycle=no.

I can confirm: Navigator can't find a bicycle route for this: https://www.openstreetmap.org/directions?engine=graphhopper_bicycle&route=48.80854,9.18582;48.80817,9.18568#map=19/48.80836/9.18535 Probably because of this bollard: https://…

Odd routing while on an interstate
As already said, most probably this is due to missing maxspeed tags on the slip roads. You can check this here: http://www.itoworld.com/map/124 You could check the routing on the main page osm.org for errors.

Indeed, living_street in Austria should be motor_vehicle=destination as shown on the wiki page: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_tags_for_routing/Access-Restrictions#Austria

Motorway_junction is not only used on motorways: but is also applicable to other roads with numbered or named junctions including some highway=trunk and highway=primary roads http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Motorway_junction

No, you misinterpret the relation. It says if your are on this way (from) you can only go here (to). There is no restriction (from) if you are on this way.

The OSM data is correct. The mentioned only_straight_on relation goes goes the other direction. There is also turn:lanes.
