Navigator Free suggest route through highway=path
In my ID osm editor I have a left panel named "Zugangsbeschränkung", in english "Access Restriction". There is Allgemein=yes, General=yes. Probably automatically set und perhaps wrong?

Cannot download the USA New York state map
I just had no problems downloading NY data using the PC setup utility. Explorer says, file is usa_new_york_osm.mca and size is 50,8 MB ( 53.311.845 Bytes) (Win7 pro). I am in Germany.

How to change the navigation route
Search the desired cities on your map. On the map tap and hold the place you want to come by. Select the white flag in the top line of the app (where you also can add starting point, target, favourites etc.).

I renamed the file to extension *.old and had an empty list afterwards. Trying to fill it again, I could just add one single entry. After tapping "show on map" for the second entry, the phone answers with a white screen ...

I think, you are "mistaking". Mapfactor Navigator ist not thought to have other maps than its own maps. It's just, that MF maps are created from OSM data.
