Routing mistake
As far as I understand osm tags: if you use (general) access=private and motor-vehicle=yes, motor-vehicle trafic is open to public trafic.

No Problems here with download via the PC Setup Utility. ~ 1MB/s. We have a 16K DSL internet connection. And Chemnitz ist only 150km from Prague ;-) I use PC Setup Utility for map update and transfer to my Android phone via PC.

Routing mistake
Motor-vehicles "yes" but all other transportations are "private", that means that it is open for public if they use motor-vehicles ... Why not set motor-vehicles to "private"?
