I looked at Zwolle on TomTom map server and there is no traffic event, nearest is in Zwartsluis and that one is also in my Navigator when I open Navigator and click on Map, I can see local traffic events within seconds

we get HD traffic data from TomTom every 5 minutes Navigator also checks every 5 minutes it is therefore possible that other program shows traffic events earlier (or later), as it checks ate different times

why don't you install Mapfactor Navigator from Windows Store ? that supports internal GPS

close Navigator and Clear data in Android settings > application manager > Navigator - then reboot your phone. Please take backup first, otherwise you could loose your favourites...folder android/data/com.mapfactor.navigator/files/navigator/

if a GPX file contains waypoints, then it is imported as routing points set, otherwise as track this may help http://cycleseven.org/gps-waypoints-routes-and-tracks-the-difference
