current plan is: NavigatorFREE (PC/Pocket) version 11 + Android 0.9.x ---> CC OSM data, with no more updates new beta NavigatorFREE (PC/Pocket) version 12 + Android 0.10.x ---> ODbL OSM data, with regular updates
