Alarm by POIs: wrong signal
Note, that the source of speed camera data is not necessarily OpenStreetMap i.e. it is not linked to map data. There are coordinates, speed limit and angle, which can resolve some ambiguity.

austria_osm_121218 is on "stable" download now so you should be able to download it with standard Setup Utility or Android Downloader 0.12.x. You can use simulation to test/see lanes. Two examples with more lines are for example way 109529…

@jose1711 - austria_osm_121218.mca - extracted are only simple cases of "turn:lanes:forward" ways and you will see it in the lanes indication. There are no (new/additional) turn restrictions.
